Frequently Asked Questions.

The most common questions we get at the counter, in one place. For directions, hours, and what's on the shelf right now, see our Las Cruces page or the menu.

What should I bring on my first visit?

A valid government-issued photo ID that shows you're 21 or older. That's the only requirement. Walk in, tell us what you're after or what kind of evening you want, and we'll walk you through the case.

Is Couth Cannabis recreational or medical?

Both. Any adult 21 or older with a valid ID can shop recreationally under New Mexico's Cannabis Regulation Act. New Mexico medical cannabis patients can also shop here with a valid patient card and ID.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and debit, and there is an ATM on site by the counter.

Where can I legally use what I buy?

On private property with the owner's permission. New Mexico law prohibits public consumption and consumption in a vehicle, parked or moving, the same as open containers of alcohol.

What products do you carry?

Flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates. About half the flower in our case is ours, grown indoors seed to jar in rooms we keep sanitized and climate controlled. Other brands sit on the shelf alongside it, and everything we sell is lab tested. Our flower guides list real THC and terpene numbers for every strain. New here? Start with Flower 101 or the rest of our guides.

Do you sell online or deliver?

No. New Mexico law does not allow online cannabis sales or delivery. You can build an order on our menu site ahead of time and pay when you pick it up in store.

How do I see current prices and what's in stock?

The menu site has live inventory and pricing. Every price we post is the tax-included, out-the-door price, so the number you see is the number you pay. Our evergreen prices, shake ounces, eighths, and cartridges, are also listed on our pricing page.

Can visitors from out of state buy here?

Yes, any adult 21 or older with a valid ID, resident or not. Cannabis cannot legally cross state lines under any circumstances, so whatever you buy stays in New Mexico. Full rules are in our visitor guide.

Still have a question?

Our budtenders answer questions all day, no purchase required.
